Filtering, drying, capacitive, heat exchange equipment - from laboratory research of the source material to industrial commissioning with full integration into the technology of the existing enterprise.
FKM horizontal chamber filter presses with a filtration surface area of up to 1300 sq.m are designed for filtering suspensions (separation into solid and liquid phases) under pressure in various industries. The filter press consists of a set of vertically arranged filter plates made of polypropylene, a fixed support plate and a traverse, a movable pressure plate, a clamping mechanism, a mechanism for moving plates, and a manifold block.
The unique design of the tower-type filter presses provides for a horizontal arrangement of the filter baffle, due to which the filtration process takes place in the most optimal conditions, which also reduces the duration of auxiliary operations and, accordingly, increases the productivity of such filter presses. compared to other types of filters.
Specialists of LLC “ KB Energomashproekt” have organized designing, production and implementation of new sources of heat and electric power generation, development of new ways, methods of saving energy and resources, application of new technologies for burn-ing various types of fuel. On the basis of the accumulated experience, a fundamentally new generation of steam boilers is created: they use biomass as fuel, including technological waste from the production of various processing and agro-industrial complexes, depending on the location of productive capacities.
Recently, in the work of industrial enterprises, the issue of control of the technological process and the quality of products has been especially acute. To this end, enterprises modernize their production facilities and install centralized control systems for production processes with the ability to monitor equipment operation on a common control panel, register process characteristics, and timely identify and correct deviations from the specified standards. For this, our company has developed and is successfully implementing new automation systems for disk vacuum filters.
Electrostatic precipitators are used in industry to clean high-temperature flue gases from dust and provide cleaning efficiency in accordance with specified technical requirements, less than 20 mg/nm3.
One of the most effective desulfurization methods is the semi-dry desulphurization method, created and implemented on the basis of the use of technological schemes and equipment manufactured.
With the participation of FZ SOLUTIONS specialists, the construction and commissioning (from 2012 to 2016) of a combined-cycle gas turbine power plant (CCGT) took place at the Alchevsk Metallurgical Plant (part of the Industrial Union of Donbas Corporation). The CCGT construction project included the implementation of two combined-cycle gas turbine units, manufactured by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, LTD (Japan), each with a capacity of 151.5 MW, using metallurgical fuel gases (blast furnace, coke oven, and converter gases) as fuel.
